  • Welcome!

Are you feeling lost and confused about the path you have chosen??

Does it feel like every step is an uphill struggle?

Are you struggling with staying connected to what you value most?

Have you tried to solve the problems in your life on your own and realized you need help from someone else?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, then you have made the right choice by being here.

And I know this is hard. You’ve likely been debating seeking help for months, if not years. But I’m so glad you found me and have taken the courageous step of being here.

“Every difficulty in life presents us with an opportunity to turn inward and to invoke our own inner resources. The trials we endure can and should introduce us to our strengths.”

    – Epictetus

I’m confident that together we can work to help equip you with the necessary tools to help you face and overcome these challenges. Whether you’re struggling with life transitions, family estrangement, or high functioning ASD, it is important that you know you don’t have to be alone in this journey. I have the experience to help you achieve your goals, overcome these struggles, and live a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

I understand no two individuals are the same, and I tailor our sessions together to address challenges unique to you. We will work together to understand the root cause of your struggles and address those issues with long-lasting strategies, helping you get closer to the life you’ve always wanted.

    About Bonnie Perkins

It has been my privilege for the past 20 years to provide emotional and clinical support to individuals and families at their time of deepest struggle. I am licensed a Marriage and Family Therapist and have years of clinical experience with the problems associated with addiction. I provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families at each stage, from adolescence, through the “empty nest” years. In addition to my professional credentials, I have been blessed to enjoy the rewards and challenges of a long-term marriage and raising a large family of seven spirited children.
